  1. Turnkey Projects: Shamvik has executed 15+ turnkey projects for customers ensuring a seamless experience for the customer, right from furnace to packaging. 
  2. On-site & Remote Support: Shamvik can provide remote support, through telephone or email,  or send a technical support team to the customer’s location to diagnose and repair any issues with their machine.
  3. Training: The manufacturer can offer training for the customer’s employees on how to operate, maintain, and troubleshoot I.S. machines.
